Medicare Insurance Direct Links/ Instructions
**IMPORTANT NOTE ON LINKS:
Medicare Insurance Direct links for consumer facing and agent back-end login are specific to each year. Both front and back end links change each year, and from the start of AEP to December 31st you will have 2 links for each (one for each year) because the plans are different for each year.

Client Facing URL
Instructions to find your Client Facing Medicare Ins Direct link.
**NOTE: Do NOT give them the link above under the agent back end login above. This will not work for clients.
You have to get your link following the steps below.
- Login to the agent login link (remember, each year has a different link so you need to do this for each year)
- click on the drop down arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner.
- Select “Account Overview” from the drop down.
- In the grey box on the left hand side it says “My shopping Link”. Click on the “COPY LINK” button. This is your client facing URL for the specific year you are logged into. You can paste this into a web browser to test out.

- Login to agent back end portal.
- Click on your name in upper right hand corner for drop down list.
