CMS is proposing changes to Medicare Costs for 2019. Make sure you are aware of these proposed changes so you can act accordingly. Here are some of the Proposals for the year 2019, as well as glance for 2018. CMS is taking comments on these proposed changes. One BIG CHANGE we noticed was the possibility of Duals and clients with LIS only being able to change once a year rather than one a month.

Yes I agree, most agents were happy when OEP was eliminated. Hopefully CMS will receive enough feedback to keep the existing enrollment rules in place.
